BiomedKL is a society where people from biomedical related field comes together to discuss on the future of Biomedical Sciences in Malaysia. We do not only focus on research itself but as well as encourage collaboration among researchers, science-based companies and the society.

How do I benefit as a member?

BiomedKL sees a future in creating a multi-disciplinary approach in solving latest scientific issues of significant interest. This society aims to bring the private sector, government and scientists to work together and break through the boundaries and limitations in isolated research silo. You can be part of this.

Why only Klang Valley (includes Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Putrajaya and Cyberjaya)?

We see the Klang Valley as the perfect hub for scientific research, to kick start this networking platform. Its name is never intended to restrict membership from Kuala Lumpur (and the Selangor state) only. But, it gives focused locality when organizing events during the society's start up stage. Don't worry! All are invited.
